Meet development requirements with an accurate setout survey of your construction works
At Landair Surveys we work with clients Australia wide from our offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne assisting in setting out your construction project, required for developments from house extensions to industrial and commercial properties and multi storey buildings.
From plans supplied by architects and engineers, we mark on the ground the proposed location and height of construction grid lines, footings, foundations, columns, slabs, walls, hold down bolts, penetrations, services and any other object shown on design drawings. We can then also verify the as built positions and levels of constructed objects including verticality checks of columns, flatness checks of slabs and locations of walls.
The first steps in the construction process
If the location of the new construction project is on or near a title boundary, then a Registered or Licensed Surveyor will be need to undertake a Title Survey before new construction occurs to ensure there are no issues with buildings encroaching over title boundaries.
We can also assist you with your engineering projects such as pipelines, new roads, earthworks, landfills and quarries.
Construction setout qualifications
All our surveyors have construction induction cards, first aid qualifications and we have comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety procedures and policies including Safe Work Method Statements ensuring safe work is undertaken at all times.
