FDC Construction and Fitout (VIC) came to Landair Surveys requiring both a 3D point cloud and a Revit model of Lexus Blackburn dealership and workshop. Our survey team went to site and scanned the interior of the showroom and workshop using our new Trimble Scanner. All of the required features were picked up with good clarity and the model accurately reflects existing conditions. FDC Construction and Fitout (VIC) requested the model in .rvt Revit format which is an industry standard format for building models.This data will aid the client in redesigning the interior of the showroom and explore what can be done with the workshop space at the back. Without this data it would be difficult to design accurate changes to the building.
