Industrial Portfolio

Landair Surveys worked with CDC Property Consultancy to conduct gross lettable area (GLA) surveys for an industrial portfolio of 30 assets across Vic, NSW, QLD and WA as part of due diligence for a potential multi-asset transaction. These surveys, governed by the Property Council of Australia (PCA) guidelines, are critical for calculating tenancy areas in warehouses, industrial buildings and similar properties.

Deliverables included GLA plans and Building Layout Plans showing detailed area breakdowns, such as racking spaces, offices, amenities and canopies. With strict deadlines during transaction negotiations, our Vic and NSW teams completed works in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, while the Perth component was subcontracted to ensure timely delivery. These surveys supported informed decision-making in the transaction process.
