At Landair Surveys we can provide a 3D Virtual tour of a property in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. This may replace the need for a physical inspection of a property.
We offer an interactive web-based experience that allows your offsite consultants and potential buyers to explore a property’s facilities and features, no software required! Architects, property consultants, insurance professionals, and prospective purchasers can virtually walk through a property, room by room, and view areas of interest as if they were physically there, all from a web browser or mobile device.
This virtual tour is ideal for due diligence surveys, building code compliance, insurance disputes, concept planning, and dilapidation surveys. Users can explore a 3D walkthrough, 3D cutaway, section view, “dollhouse” view, or floorplan view to see exactly what they need when they need it. Basic measurements can also be taken directly from the 3D space, potentially eliminating the need for an on-site visit.
The 3D virtual tour is particularly useful for commercial offices, construction sites, educational facilities, aged care facilities, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, and industrial sites. It can also be combined with Lease Area Surveys, Existing Conditions Surveys, and Site Identification Surveys for added accuracy and insight.

Inside the tour you can:
At the Hedley Sutton Aged Care Community in Camberwell, a remote-access virtual walkthrough let the Group GSA design team explore the 5,000 square metre facility in full detail and plan future upgrades. Scots’ Church in Melbourne received an online viewer alongside its heritage facade survey.

Offsite consultants and potential buyers can explore a property without travelling to site. Online virtual walkthrough hosting is one of our usual data sets for architects.
Every Landair virtual tour starts with a 3D laser scanning survey. Depending on the site, our team captures it with the Faro Focus S150+ static scanner, which outputs structured pointclouds with embedded photo-spheres, or the wearable NavVis VLX3 mobile scanner. 360-degree imagery captured during scanning colourises the dataset and enables the walkthrough experience.
Back in the office, the scan data is processed, registered and aligned into a unified 3D pointcloud, then delivered with an online viewer. The same dataset can also produce floorplans, facade elevation plans and 3D models. Landair Surveys has been surveying since 1974, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.

It may. You can walk through a property room by room and view areas of interest as if you were physically there, all from a web browser or mobile device.
Size and complexity drive the timeline. As a guide, our virtual walkthrough of a 5,000 square metre operational aged care facility took four days of on-site scanning and around 75 hours in total including processing.
