Cadastral and Title Re-establishment Surveying Services

Boundaries define everything: what you can build, who owns what and where services go. That’s why you need certainty backed by surveying precision.

When you’re building close to a boundary, acquiring land or trying to avoid disputes, Landair’s cadastral and title re-establishment (or ‘boundary’) surveying services give you a verified understanding of what the title says and what’s actually on the ground.

Why they matter to your project.

Cadastral and title re-establishment surveys don’t just “tick a box”. They unlock the next stage of your project.

What do you get from cadastral and title re-establishment surveys?

Our cadastral and re-establishment surveys go beyond a standard boundary sketch, and unlike some providers, we explain the results. Depending on your needs and state-specific requirements, we can provide:

Certified survey plans for title registration, council submission or dispute resolution

Reinstatement of marking boundaries on-site using appropriate survey marks

Reports documenting occupation, encroachments, easements and anomalies

Digital data in your required formats, aligned with your CAD or spatial system

Subdivision-ready base plans, with cadastral layers for development or asset planning

Clear communication, flagging risks, conflicts, or constraints before they cause delays

Why choose Landair?

You could hire any surveyor to mark a boundary. But not every surveyor works with your kind of project. Here’s why architects, councils and developers choose us:
